• Whenever possible, we work hard to build amenities at the start of the community construction. This means if you are one of the first to move there, it won’t be too long before you can enjoy things like swimming pools, tennis courts, hiking and biking paths and activity centers, right in your own community. Some amenities such as golf courses may require separate membership or fees.
