Information Center Coordinator, Marketing | Telfair Information Center
POSITION DETAILS:

  • Maintain highest level of customer service utilizing the Community Guide and FAQ’s while giving community presentations.
  • Manage the Pivotal registration system.
  • Manage follow-up program for realtors and visitors.
  • Send thank you cards.
  • Newsletter mailings.
  • Special event mailings.
  • Answer phones, giving a warm welcome to the caller, then direct inquiries, take messages, assist homeowners with questions and phone numbers.
  • Send and retrieve documents via fax and e-mail.
  • Make copies and other clerical duties necessary.
  • Communicate with realtors on upcoming events and keep them informed on what is going on in the community.
  • Maintain Realtor database.
  • Responsible for opening and closing of the information center and keeping it in “show” condition. As specified in the community checklist.
  • Assist with and participate in events, grand openings and other special promotions as scheduled.
  • Support community Web site.
  • Contribute to newsletter, ideas, photos and stories.
  • Overall database maintenance. Collect data from registration surveys to produce daily, weekly and monthly sales and traffic reports.
  • Respond to leads generated from various advertising vehicles.
  • Update and distribute all contact information.
  • Organize, assemble, and maintain handbooks.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Web Search Analytics Specialist, Marketing | Home Office
POSITION DETAILS:


The Web Search and Analytics Specialist will work closely with regional marketing teams and the Home Office marketing team to plan paid and organic search initiatives and to integrate search into all online marketing initiatives and campaigns. This position will be responsible for conducting Web site analysis and reporting for all major Newland community and company Web sites, and for recommending optimization initiatives (could include SEO best practices, site architecture, keyword utilization) to increase Web site traffic and performance. They will develop and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly Web analytics reporting to assist regional teams in making business decisions.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement search engine optimization (SEO) processes, and perform optimization for all identified sites through coding, presentation, structure.
  • Implement, monitor and evaluate search engine and directory submissions.
  • Recommend, develop and implement paid search campaigns in collaboration with regional marketing teams; monitor and track their ongoing performance and make recommendations based on analysis of established metrics and results.
  • Research, manage and optimize Newland’s sites versus identified competitive sites and other industry opportunities; recommend new initiatives to improve both paid and organic search for our sites.
  • Develop customer-facing and user-friendly Web analytics reports and systems that track a variety of metrics including: ranking, conversions, clickstream, and research and analysis of competitor advertising links.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • A degree in business, marketing, communications or a related subject.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of search engine marketing experience; including direct Web analytics experience tracking and responding to results.
  • Ad agency or online marketing background a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML and other Web scripting languages.
  • Direct experience with Web analytics systems and processes, including familiarity with tools like Omniture, Webtrends, HitWise, Google Analytics, and a proven ability to analyze metrics and data an convey recommendations for business improvements to both supervisors and clients in actionable form.
  • Demonstrate a proactive work ethic when managing numerous competing priorities for a variety of internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Time management and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high level of personal pride in attention to detail, commitment and follow-through.
