Ted is President of Newland’s Central Region, providing operational and senior leadership to the teams in Texas and the Midwest. Prior to joining Newland, he served as Vice President/General Manager for Terrabrook's Houston operation and also in an interim regional capacity in Texas. He began his career with The Woodlands Development Corporation in its residential development division. He has also served in several capacities for American General Land Development's (predecessor to Terrabrook) Houston operations. Ted received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas.

Rick is President of Newland’s Eastern region, providing operational and senior leadership to the teams in Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. Prior to joining Newland, he was a Senior Vice President with Terrabrook, holding regional and national management positions, including investment committees and all Joint Venture Boards. Previous to Terrabrook, he was Vice President and General Manager of Mobil Land Development Corporation's Texas Region. Rick received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Rhode Island.

Dave is the President of Newland's Northwestern Region, providing operational and senior leadership to the regional teams in Oregon and Washington. He has been with Newland for 26 years, the last seven in his current capacity as Regional President. In 1992, he was the recipient of the Builder of the Year award in Clark County, and has since shared his time and expertise with organizations like the National Homebuilders Association in a number of regions. He is committed to helping Newland look at opportunities for diversification in the northwest, including redevelopment, urban settings, mixed-use, and suburban settings. Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Washington.

Rita Brandin Senior Vice President and Development Director Union Park, Las Vegas Rita is Senior Vice President and Development Director, overseeing the development team of Union Park. Prior to joining Newland, Rita was vice president of asset management and retail development with additional responsibilities as chief operating officer at Metroflag Management LLC. Before this, Rita served as senior vice president of retail development for The Howard Hughes Corporation and vice president and senior development director for The Rouse Company. Rita received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Agnes Scott College, in Atlanta, Georgia, and she has a space planning and design degree from The Art Institute of Atlanta. She is a certified Shopping Center Manager, a professional designation awarded by the International Council of Shopping Centers, and is a member of Urban Land Institute.
