Community Intranets

Innovation

Since 2000, Newland has provided Intranets for our residents in many of our communities.

 

This service helps increase communications between Newland, our homeowners, the
Home Owner's Association (HOA), schools
and community businesses.

It has changed the way our residents live, giving them the ability to get up-to-the-minute information on what's happening in their neighborhoods; from finding out the latest community event, to knowing school news, posting an ad for a babysitter or selling a car. Community Intrnaets have have proven to be an invaluable resource connecting neighbors with one another.


Newland's first community Intranet was launched in 2000 at FishHawk Ranch in Tampa, Florida.
