Community Intranets

Innovation

Since 2000, we have provided community Intranets, in many of our communities. This service helps increase communication capability between Newland, our homeowners, the Home Owner’s Association (HOA), schools and community businesses.

It has changed the way our residents live, giving them the ability to get up-to-the-minute information on what’s happening in their neighborhood. From finding out the latest community event, to knowing school news, posting an ad for a babysitter or selling a car, Neighborhood Networks have proven to be an invaluable resource connecting neighbors with one another.

As of early 2007, 20 Newland communities have Intranets with more launching this year. Newland’s first community Intranet was at FishHawk Ranch™ in Lithia, Florida.
