Historic prison building turned into a museum
The Houston Museum of Natural Science at Sugar Land has opened at Telfair near Houston, Texas. Located in a historic prison building, the renovated structure and surrounding 5.5 acres of land was donated to the City of Sugar Land by Newland.
Smith Center for the Performing Arts breaks ground
Las Vegas celebrated the groundbreaking of The Smith Center for the Performing Arts, located in Symphony Park, a modern day city neighborhood developed by the City of Las Vegas and Newland.

Goodyear, AZ - Newland announced the newest neighborhood in Estrella today, CantaMia by Joseph Carl Homes. It will be the community's first active adult neighborhood for residents 55 years and better.
